At Persian Playing Cards, every deck is created with care, historical inspiration, and meticulous design. Many of our releases are limited print runs, so we’ve put the following policies in place to protect both our collectors and our craft.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your deck. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from persianplayingcards.com, you may return eligible item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at team@persianplayingcards.com with your order number.
- Let us know the reason for the return.
- We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
Please return items in their original packaging, safely packed to prevent damage during transit. Including your packing slip (if available) helps speed up processing.

Return Shipping Costs
- U.S. Customers: Returns within 30 days are eligible for free return shipping.
- International Customers: If a return is arranged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
(Please note: international shipping is currently arranged on a case-by-case basis.)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for items that arrive:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Because many of our decks are limited editions, replacements are subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it promptly — at no additional cost to you.
